By outlining clearly the standard sources of business, Centre of Influence, For Sale by Owners, Expired Listings, and direct prospecting, and by providing excellent ready made materials, new agents are able to shorten their learning curve and avoid "re-inventing the wheel". By demystifying the process, new agents can start off on the right foot.However, Peter provides much more than good information. My long career as a teacher and a mentor to new teachers has given me the ability to see when someone has a gift for communicating. Many companies will provide a manual or provide someone who can't do much more than walk people through the pages. Peter does much more than that. He is able to communicate the material in a vivid and lively fashion.
By encouraging groups to talk and share experiences, he is able to deal with the questions and apprehensions many new agents have.
